Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products with a 20% restocking fee. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Non-returnable items:

Custom-cut materials

Clearance or special-order products

Installed or damaged items
To start a return:
Contact us at sales@confirmedc.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
